Luxury Wellness Apartment was designed for the most exclusive clientele. 140 m2 size apartment including terracess (capacity up to 8 person), was desinged by lead czech designer in colaboration with austrian and swiss architects specializing on alpine hotels and luxurious swiss chalets.

Project Luxury Wellness Apartment was realized in the Czech republic by his owner due to absence of connection of luxurious accomodation and wellness right on the ski slope in a way that is common in Alpine ski centres. Purpose of the poject is to provide comparable experience and comfort,which is offered in 5* hotels and apartements in Alps to our clients.

Luxury Wellness Apartment is situated in altitude of 930 metres above sea level on a ski slope right next to upper exit of the ski lift Horní domky in of the greatest and most famous ski areas in Czech republic – Rokytnice nad Jizerou/Harrachov. Our guests can choose if they rather ski in ski centre Harrachov or Rokytnice nad Jizerou, because the apartment is built 400 metres from the mountain ridge connecting Harrachov and Rokytnice nad Jizerou. For transportation between those ski centres our guests can use our snowmobile that will be at their disposal right next to the apartment.

Luxury Wellness Apartment is suitable for family with kids, due to the equipment of the apartment that allows parents to have their children right on sight for the whole day. The whole interior is a non smoking area.
